Academic Background

         1978, Moscow University of Engineers of Geodesy, Aero Photo Surveying and Cartography (MIIGAiK),  qualified   as    an Astronomo-Geodetic Engineer.         

         1989, PhD: MIIGAiK post-graduate courses, dissertation in the field of physical geodesy (the first dissertation).

         1995, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the Faculty of Mathematical Calculations and Cybernetics, graduating from it with a diploma in applied mathematics. 

         2006, Doctor of Sciences (technical): second dissertation in MIIGAiK, “Development of the Theory and Methods for solving Physical Geodesy Problems on the basis of Fast Linear Transformations”.

Position Held

1978-1986, Astronomo-Geodetic Engineer at the  Ural State Aerophoto Geodetic Enterprise in Siberia. The work was related to establishing the State (Federal) triangulation and  leveling networks. Positions: engineer, head of geodetic field division, the chief engineer.

1990-2006, Assistant Professor at the Department of Higher Mathematics, the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK).

2006 – 2018 – Professor  at the Department of Geodesy, Head of the Department of Geodesy, Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK).

2018 – present time - Dr. Tech.Sci., Vice Director of the Federal Scientific-Technical Center of Geodesy, Cartography and Spatial Data Infrastructure.

2007(June, 1st. –August, 1 st.) - visiting professor at the University of  Technology to the Graz (TUG), Austria.

2008(August)-2009(August) - visiting professor at the Curtin University (Perth, Western Australia).

2013(March, 1st. - June, 1st.) - visiting professor at the  University of  Technology to the Graz (TUG), Austria.

The basis for carrying out Sch OKR is the State contract № 361-5420/09 from 16.03.2009  between FGUP  “NPO named after S.A. Lavochkin” and Federal Space Agency, OKR "Moon-Glob", the subcontractor is MIIGAiK), 2011, 350 000 EURO.
  2.   “Development of algorithms of definition of  Moon system coordinates on the fixed reference points and algorithms of recalculation of Moon system coordinates in other coordinate systems”(Code number of the Sch OKR is "Moon-glob-reference point". The basis for carrying out Sch OKR is the State contract № 361-5420/09 from 16.03.2009  between FGUP “NPO named after S.A.Lavochkin” and Federal Space Agency, OKR "Moon-Glob", the subcontractor is MIIGAiK), 2012, 200 000 EURO.

Honors

     In 2001, the decision of the board of the Federal Service for Geodesy and Cartography of Russia she was awarded the badge "Excellence in Surveying and Mapping" (2706 number).

     In 2004 she was awarded the Diploma of the Education Ministry of the Russian Federation.

     In 2009 she was awarded the title "Honorary surveyor" (Federal Agency of Geodesy and Cartography, Certificate №132-09)

     In 2010, for services to the space-awarded she was awarded the  Y.A. Gagarin’s medal (Cosmonautics Federation of Russia).

     In 2011 she was awarded the badge "50 years of the first manned space flight" №311 (Federal Space Agency).

     In 2015 she was awarded with a Tsiolkovsky’s sign (Federal Space Agency) for a personal creative contribution to the implementation of space programs and projects.
